When can I order?
Our first coffees are almost ready. Each coffee page shows “Coming soon” until it’s available. Email info@regionscoffeesupply.com and we’ll let you know when they launch.
How fresh is the coffee?
Regions coffees are roasted to order, so they ship fresh. For the best flavor, brew within four to six weeks of the roast date.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean stays fresh longest, so we recommend grinding just before you brew. Our brewing guide covers the right grind size for each method.
How should I store coffee?
Keep it in the sealed bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Skip the fridge: moisture and odors get in.
What do the regions mean for flavor?
As a starting point: Central America is balanced and sweet, South America is chocolatey and nutty, Africa is bright and fruity, and Indonesia is earthy and full-bodied. Each coffee lists its own tasting notes.
What does the roast scale mean?
It runs from 1 (light) to 5 (dark). Lighter roasts keep more of the origin’s character and acidity. Darker roasts are bolder, with more roast flavor and less acidity.
How much is shipping?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.90, and it’s free on orders of $50 or more.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we ship within the United States.
Can I return coffee?
Because coffee is a food product, opened bags can’t be returned. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email info@regionscoffeesupply.com and we’ll make it right.
