Specialty coffee, organized by where it grows

How we source

We’re finalizing our first lineup with a specialty roasting partner in the United States. Every coffee we add has to meet the standards below.

What we look for

  • Traceability. We name the country and growing area, and the farm or cooperative when it’s known.
  • Altitude. Shown on every coffee. Coffee grown higher ripens more slowly and tends to taste brighter and more complex.
  • Process. Washed, natural or honey. Each one changes the cup, and we tell you which you’re getting.
  • Freshness. We work with roasters who roast to order, so coffee ships fresh instead of sitting in a warehouse.

How to read a Regions coffee

Every coffee page has an origin card with the region, country and growing area, the altitude range, a roast scale from 1 (light) to 5 (dark), the process and variety when known, tasting notes, and the brew methods it suits best.
